📖【Role Overview】
- Position: Ads Operation Marketer (Full-time)
- Location: Bukit Jalil, Malaysia
- Contract: 12-month renewable contract
- Language Requirements: English & Chinese reading & writing & Cantonese speaking are required
📝【Job Responsibility】
- High-Volume Ad Deployment: Set up, launch, and manage 100+ ad variations per week across Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Threads and Emails).
Test & Iterate Constantly: Run systematic A/B and multivariate tests on creatives, copy, audience targeting, and placements, making data-driven adjustments to maximize performance.
Real-Time Monitoring & Adjustments: Actively track ad performance throughout the day, turning ads on/off based on data signals and performance thresholds.
Data-Driven Optimization: Analyze key metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS, conversion rates) and continuously adjust campaigns to scale winning ads while eliminating underperforming ones.
Budget & Bidding Strategy: Optimize daily and weekly ad spend allocation to balance cost efficiency with revenue growth.Creative & Copy Testing: Work closely with the content and design team to create data-backed, high-performing ad creatives and messaging.
Utilise AI to brainstorm hooks & creatives with creative team
Email or edm segmentation, remarketing and automation setup
