Before You Book
- A "child" refers to an individual under 13 years of age on the day of departure.
- The first two passengers in any cabin are considered adults, regardless of age.
- The cabin prices listed are the full and final amounts required to secure your booking.
- Once your booking is confirmed, our cruise operations team will send you the official Disney confirmation letter as soon as possible. While we strive to complete this within one working day, this process may take longer due to changes in operational demands.
- This official Disney confirmation number ensures that your booking has been confirmed by Disney Cruise Line.
- After your booking is confirmed, your personal information (as well as that of your travelling companions, if any) may take some time to update in the Disney Cruise Line system. The Disney Cruise operations team may require up to 30 working days to update your information in the official Disney confirmation letter.
- Please be patient, as the update may not take effect immediately. Until your information has been fully processed, you will be unable to log in to the "Disney Cruise Line Navigator App" or the "Disney Cruise Line website".
- Due to the limited passenger capacity of the cruise, the third and fourth passengers in a cabin are subject to availability. We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your spot. For popular departure dates, if the cruise is full, the third and fourth passengers will be placed on a waiting list, and we will promptly notify you of any updates. As the cruise has a cancellation policy, spaces may open up before departure. Should a space become available, we will arrange for the passengers on your waiting list to be accommodated once a spot opens up.
- Gratuities are not collected in advance. After boarding, Disney Cruise Line will automatically charge gratuities and settle them on board.
- If you have any special requests, such as a crib, baby bathtub, wheelchair, or other assistance, please submit your request once you are able to access the Disney Cruise Line Navigator App, or contact Disney directly through the official Disney Cruise Line website. Please note that special requests left as remarks at the time of booking may not be reviewed by Disney Cruise Line.
- Please note that infants must be at least 6 months old at the time of boarding (infants under 6 months are not permitted to board), and guests who are 24 weeks pregnant or more are not permitted to board (guests under 24 weeks must inform us in advance and bring a "fit to travel" certificate). If a name change is required due to pregnancy, a medical condition, or other unforeseen health-related factors, please notify us at least 40 days before the departure date.
- Cancel 106 days or more before the selected date: a 10% handling fee applies
- Cancellations made 0–105 days before the selected date are non-cancellable and non-changeable, with no refunds available
