Responsibilities:

  • Lead travel groups to destinations around the world
  • Ensure smooth group operations and safeguard members' safety and experience
  • Provide professional commentary, sharing insights into history, culture and local life
  • Serve as a bridge between group members and local cultures

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • A passion for travel and cross-cultural exchange
  • A tour leader licence and relevant work experience are preferred
  • Strong crisis management and adaptability

DeWonder* specialises in once-in-a-lifetime journeys, with over ten years of in-depth travel experience. We are now hiring a full-time Project Executive:

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute in-depth tour itineraries: route design, scheduling and risk control, cost budgeting
  • Coordinate with suppliers and local operators: management of accommodation/transport/activities and contingency plans
  • Departure documentation and operational preparation: briefing materials, departure packs, integration of name lists/rooming arrangements/dietary preferences
  • Customer communication support: pre- and post-registration Q&A, confirmations and change arrangements
  • Quality and cost management: tracking of price lists and gross margins
  • Frontline customer service assistance, including customer problem-solving
  • Cross-departmental collaboration internally: handover of marketing materials, liaison with tour leaders and customer service

Job Requirements

  • 0–5 years of work experience
  • Meticulous and reliable, well-organised, with strong time management and execution skills
  • Good written and communication skills in both Chinese and English; proficiency in Mandarin and English is a plus
  • Familiar with Google Workspace/Excel; experience with CRM/project management tools is a bonus
  • Passionate about small-group in-depth travel and service quality, able to stay calm when handling unexpected situations
  • Able to adapt to an international working environment
