DeWonder Travel is looking for a Project Intern to work alongside our project team in Hong Kong. You'll research destinations and expedition products, help shape tour proposals and itineraries, support offline sales events from setup to follow-up, and keep the day-to-day admin and logistics of live projects running smoothly.
It's a hands-on role with real responsibility: you'll see how a luxury travel product goes from research, to proposal, to a guest standing on deck in the Arctic. Ideal for a current university student or recent graduate who is meticulous, quick to learn, and ready to own their tasks. Find out more about us.
Key Responsibilities
- Itinerary researchAssist the team in conducting market research and gathering data on unique destinations, luxury travel, and expedition products. Help compile and draft accurate, engaging tour proposals and itineraries.
- Event organizingAssist in planning and executing offline sales events, showcases, and promotional exhibitions. Handle pre-event setup, on-site operational logistics, and post-event follow-ups.
- Admin & logisticsSupport the project team with daily administrative tasks, partner and vendor communications, booking data management, and operational logistics to ensure project execution runs smoothly.
Requirements
- EducationCurrently enrolled university student or recent graduate (studies in Tourism, Hospitality, Marketing, Business, or related fields are a plus).
- Meticulous & detail-orientedStrong attention to detail with high accuracy when handling complex itinerary details and administrative procedures.
- Adaptable & agileAble to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with strong time-management and multi-tasking abilities.
- Eager to learnCurious and willing to learn different tools, systems, and operational workflows quickly.
- Work attitudeHighly committed, dedicated, and responsible, with strong personal ownership of assigned tasks.
- Language skillsFluent in Cantonese and English with good written Chinese skills; Mandarin capability is a plus.
