The DeWonder Travel team will venture deep into Antarctica's world of ice and snow, exploring this magnificent yet fragile ecosystem. Along the way, we will observe a variety of wildlife such as penguins, seals and whales, gaining a deeper understanding of the roles these species play in the ecosystem, appreciating their importance, and examining the threats that climate change poses to Antarctica's unique ecological environment and biodiversity.
Founded in 1991, Quark Expeditions has 33 years of experience specialising in bringing passengers to remote polar regions. The team boasts a professional fleet of expedition ships equipped with modern facilities, led by experienced polar experts and scientists. All expedition staff undergo comprehensive training at Quark Academy, and every employee takes part in a polar expedition internship before their first voyage, while seasoned staff receive ongoing professional training.
Beyond traditional polar cruises, Quark Expeditions also offers a range of activities such as glacier hiking, kayaking and helicopter expeditions, allowing us to experience the magnificent polar landscapes and rich wildlife in diverse ways. The team will also share their expertise across various fields including polar history, marine biology, glaciology, ornithology and photography.

- ✓Twin-room accommodation at hotels in Argentina and aboard the Antarctic cruise during the trip, on a half-room-per-person basis (upgrade to a single room for an additional HKD 69,000)

- ✓At least one DeWonder Travel in-depth tour leader to guide the group
- ✓Admission fees to all attractions during the trip (except during free time)
- ✓An Antarctica information pack, travel tips for Antarctica and related reading materials compiled by experts and the DeWonder Travel team
- ✓A stamp duty equivalent to 0.15% of the tour fare, providing coverage under the "Travel Industry Compensation Fund" and the "Package Tour Accident Contingency Fund Scheme"

Additional Notes
- During the itinerary, the local guide will present in English, while the in-depth tour leader will present in Cantonese. If needed, the tour leader can also provide supplementary explanations in English or Mandarin.
- The local guide may adjust the itinerary in response to circumstances. Should any parts of the itinerary be unable to proceed as scheduled, our team will make every effort to provide the best alternative arrangements.
