From the site hailed as "Bhutan's most beautiful dzong" —— Punakha Dzong, to the legendary cliffside monastery Tiger's Nest Monastery, we will guide you step by step into the world of Bhutanese faith, offering a deep understanding of how Tibetan Buddhism permeates daily life, architectural aesthetics and the national system, making religion not merely a belief but part of a philosophy of living.
We will also head to the picturesque Gangtey - Phobjikha Nature Trail, taking a leisurely hike amid the vast valleys and wetlands, breathing in the fresh air, walking slowly, seeing slowly, feeling slowly, and letting nature reset the rhythm of your life.
Along the journey, we have also arranged exchanges with locals, listening to their understanding of "happiness" —— is it contentment, or does it stem from harmonious coexistence with community, faith and nature? Additional Notes
- During the tour, the local guide will give explanations in English, while the DeWonder in-depth tour leader will explain in Cantonese. If needed, the tour leader can also provide supplementary explanations in English or Mandarin.
- If the hotels specified in the above itinerary are unable to provide accommodation, we will arrange for a stay at a hotel of the same class.
- The local guide may adjust the itinerary according to circumstances at the time. If certain parts of the itinerary cannot proceed as scheduled, our team will make every effort to provide the best alternative arrangements.
