DeWonder Travel takes you to the birthplace of Mesopotamian civilisation, in search of the cradle of humankind. We have specially arranged a gathering with a local family in the Kurdistan Autonomous Region, to hear the Kurds' struggle for survival caught in the middle; visit the pilgrimage centre of the Shia Islamic world and personally feel the devout faith of Muslims; and tour Saddam Palace—the symbol of dictator Saddam's totalitarian rule—to witness the glory of days past.

Included
- ✓All local transport in Iraq during the trip, with tour coach transfers throughout (except during free time)
- ✓Accommodation in double rooms at hotels in Iraq during the trip, on a half-room per person basis (upgrade to a single room carries a supplement of HKD 7,700)
- ✓All local meals during the trip (breakfast, lunch and dinner daily, except during free time)
- ✓An English-speaking Iraqi expert guide accompanies the group
- ✓At least one DeWonder Travel in-depth tour leader guiding the group
- ✓Entrance fees to all attractions during the itinerary (except free time)

Additional Notes
- During the itinerary, the local guide will provide explanations in English, while the in-depth tour leader will explain in Cantonese. If needed, the tour leader can also supplement explanations in English or Mandarin.
- If the hotels specified in the above itinerary are unable to provide accommodation, we will arrange a stay at a hotel of the same class.
- The local guide may adjust the itinerary content according to circumstances at the time. If part of the itinerary cannot proceed as scheduled, our team will make every effort to provide the best alternative arrangements.
- Those who have visited Israel (with Israeli entry/exit stamps on a valid passport) are prohibited from entering Iraq. Please take special note, as we cannot accept such persons on this tour.
